Cancellation Policy
A CANCELLATION FEE of 50% will be charged in the event of any appointment cancelled within a 48 hour time frame of scheduled appointment.
A NO SHOW FEE of 100% will be charged in the event of any appointment cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled appointment or a no show to scheduled appointment. A 15 minute grace period is provided before no show fee is applied.
